Ordinance 8 - Student Complaints
While students are encouraged to attempt to resolve complaints informally, the procedures outlined in Ordinance 8 - Student complaints apply to the formal resolution of complaints. You don't have to complete the formal process if you can reach a resolution of your complaint with the parties involved in the meantime.
Governance & Legal staff manage the University's student complaints process and convene and facilitate meetings of Tribunals and Committees.
