Welcome to the University Secretariat The University Secretariat facilitates the major decision-making processes of the University. These are the processes through which the University determines its strategic directions and its future shape and activities. The Secretariat provides an advisory, consultative and executive service to: the Chancellor; the University Council and its Committees; the Vice-Chancellor and other major decision-making bodies within the University. The Secretariat monitors governance structures and process and recommends and implements improvements in them You can find the University Secretariat on the third floor of the Administration Building, Hobart Campus.
