APSA is the Australasian professional association of those teaching and researching in political science and related disciplines. Its journal, The Australian Journal of Political Science is published three times a year (March, July and November). APSA holds annual conferences of political studies researchers, which are hosted by one of the university politics schools in Australia or New Zealand. This year, the 2003 Conference of the Australasian Political Studies Association is being hosted by the School of Government, University of Tasmania, Hobart.
