Richmond Bridge - the oldest bridge still in use in Australia
February 7-8, 2013.
Theme: "Communist and post-communist societies: domestic, external, and transnational challenges."
Abstracts of 200 words, author's name, affiliation, email address and paper title should be emailed to the conveners: Dr Matt Sussex, or Dr Matt Killingsworth.
Registrations now open. Registrations close January 15, 2013. The conference will commence at 10.00am on Thursday February 7 and finish at approximately 4.00pm Friday February 8.

Submissions are welcomed from a diverse variety of fields across the humanities and social sciences, including political science, international relations, history, literature, linguistics, philosophy, sociology, economics, law and economics. The 2013 conference will feature a special section on "Socialist Realism in Music, Literature and Film". To propose papers in that section, please contact Millicent Vladiglover.
