Important Notice for Debarred Potential Graduates

If you are expecting to graduate in the August round of ceremonies and are currently debarred, please log onto the eStudent Centre and click on the Details tab under the Graduation heading to find out what type of fees or debt is owing and ensure payment is made by Friday 19 July. 

If you do not pay your fees you will not be eligible to graduate.   

Please see the information below in relation to payment for the following types of fee and debt debarrals.

• Tuition and Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) - If you have outstanding SSAF and wish to check the amount you are required to pay click on the Invoices tab under the Fees heading in eStudent Centre.  Select the invoice to view payment methods and pay online.
• Accommodation - contact Alicia Bushby on 6226 6414, once payment has been made contact the Student Centre to ensure your debar has been lifted.
• Library -  contact Kay Hughes (03) 6226 2221, once your outstanding balance is known, payment will need to be made at the Student Centre cashier and the receipt will then need to be returned to the Library. Contact the Student Centre to ensure your debar has been lifted. 

It is vital that you contact the Student Centre no later than 25 July to ensure your debar comment has been removed from your record, enabling you to graduate.
