Sydney Graduation Ceremony Information

The Sydney graduation ceremony will be held on

If you have indicated on your eStudent page that you will be attending, you will receive three complimentary tickets for your guests to attend the graduation ceremony. You do not need a ticket for yourself.
Extra tickets for this graduation ceremony are available from the City Recital Hall Box Office and will be available from Monday 12 March, 2011. For further information - see Tickets for Your Guests

You must book and pre-pay your academic dress at least 2 week prior to your ceremony.

Graduation Photography will provide photography services at the venue for graduands and their families.
Services provided at the venue include Individual and Family Studio Portraits and photos from the ceremony.
No booking is required - simply visit the photography registration desk on the day for details and pricing.
Photos are taken on the day either before or after the ceremony. Photography services will be available from 5:00 – 6:30pm prior to the ceremony and from 8:00- 8:30pm following the ceremony.
We recommend that graduands endeavour to have their photos taken prior to the ceremony.

A professional video recording of the entire graduation will be made at this ceremony. It will include scenes from the University campus, the entrance procession, welcoming speeches and a close-up of the Chancellor greeting each graduate.
The DVD will be replayed immediately after the ceremony and you may purchase copies from the agents on site.
Pre-order the DVD online and pay only $45.50 for your DVD. This is a 27.5% discount off the normal price of $60.50.
Video recording has been authorised by the University and is Copyright.
The Graduation Plaque is a reproduction of your certificate and is laser engraved onto a gold or silver metallex plate which is mounted on an Acrylic or Timber backing.
A range of eight beautiful Graduation Plaques are available.
