Tickets for your guests

Allocated tickets

• If you have indicated on your eStudent page that you will be attending, you will receive three allocated  tickets for your guests to attend the graduation ceremony. You do not need a ticket for yourself.
• Visit your eStudent web page to double-check that you are listed as attending. If you have indicated that you are attending the ceremony, your tickets will be available when you collect your academic dress.
• The University has no objection to graduands who need more than three tickets obtaining them from those who need less than three.

 Extra tickets

Extra tickets for this graduation ceremony are available from the City Recital Hall Box Office and will be available from Friday 5 April, 2013. Contact details below:

• The booking cost for extra tickets is currently $7.50 per ticket.
• Tickets purchased by phone, internet and mail will incur an additional charge of $7.50 per booking.  No transaction fee is charged for sales made over the counter.
• Booking costs are not refundable.  
• It is not possible to pre-book tickets before they go on sale.

Academic dress hire

• All graduating students are encouraged to wear the correct academic dress to participate in their ceremony.
• Academic dress hire services are provided by Graduation Photography and Services.
• Hire of academic dress must be booked and pre-paid by 16 April 2013.
• Book your academic dress online at http://www.graduationphotography.com.au. Please click on Gown Hire on the top right hand side of the home page.

• Graduation Photography will provide photography services at the venue for graduands and their families.
• Photos are taken on the day either before or after the ceremony.  Photography services will be available from 5:00 – 6:30pm prior to the ceremony and from 8:00- 8:30pm following the ceremony.
• We recommend that graduands endeavour to have their photos taken prior to the ceremony.

Video/DVD recording and graduation plaque

• A professional video recording of the entire graduation will be made at this ceremony. It will include scenes from the University campus, the entrance procession, welcoming speeches and a close-up of the Chancellor greeting each graduate.
• The tape will be replayed immediately after the ceremony and you may purchase copies from the agents on site. You may also order a copy in advance.
• Video recording has been authorised by the University and is Copyright.
• A personalised plaque is available for purchase after the ceremony.  See the sample on display at the Ambassador Productions desk on the day of the ceremony.
