The course aims to provide students with a broad scientific background across a number of interdisciplinary areas of marine science and specific orientation towards quantitative aspects. The course is designed to develop students' ability to solve problems, both within and outside the marine scientific community, and to learn independently. As graduates, students will be able to adapt and contribute to technological advances and be able to use their scientific knowledge to effectively manage the use of marine resources.
Admission & Prerequisites
An undergraduate degree with a major (or the equivalent thereof) directly related to the marine environment.
Articulation to/from Course
The Graduate Certificate will articulate with the proposed Graduate Diploma. The Graduate Diploma will allow opportunities for further graduate studies.
