About Census Dates

The focus of this unit is on self-directed project management and professionalism. This is an opportunity to refine and focus your creative interests into a single project. During this unit you will be encouraged to explore research methodologies, information design, advanced typographic resolution, identity and brand development, print and multi-media production, at an advanced level - however these subject areas will depend on your individual projects and particular areas of focus will be determined by you in consultation with your lecturer.

Visiting professional practitioners will continue to contribute to the unit through guest presentations and you are encouraged to use this as an opportunity to make contact with professionals who are working in your area of interest.

During this unit you will have opportunity to experience professional practice through the GAP (Graphics and Practice) studio. GAP will provide the chance to work on a small scale briefs both individually and collaboratively along with a mentor.
