Unit description:

(a) Project management – life cycle; project planning and administration; cost estimation; resource control and financial management; quality monitoring and assurance; risk analysis and risk management; project management software applications; dynamics of project teams. (b) Professional development – assertiveness; negotiation and conflict resolution; presentation skills; team building and leadership.
