Introductory Information – Index	provides access to explanatory information which could prove useful to those unfamiliar with University usages; and brings together the introductory information that appears in Section A of the Course and Unit Handbook.
Index of courses	provides access to course details and their schedules; the latter give direct access to relevant unit details. Access is also given to relevant course specifications
Index of all units	(by unit title and unit code) provides access to unit details which in turn provide access to related courses and school websites [Note: Index size = 215K] Those who know which school or discipline they are interested in are advised to use the Index of Schools below.
Index of Schools	provides access to information provided by the schools and disciplines including, where appropriate, schedules of majors and links to the unit details
Index of Specifications	provides access to the specifications or rules which govern apply to the courses offered by the University of Tasmania.
North-West Centre	provides access to the Bridging Course offered at the North-West Centre. and to schedules of units taught at the Centre or by distance education.
Special Unit Lists	(a) units taught at the North-West Centre (b) units available by distance education (c) units available via the internet (in whole or in part) (d) units offered by video-link.
Downloadable pdf file index	provides access to pdf files of the Course and Unit Handbook 2004 Note: These documents are not updated when changes to the Handbook occur. See Amendments. Note: downloadable Rich Text Format (RTF) files are also available for discipline (school), course and unit details
