Scheduled Server Outage Windows (SSOW)

To better fit with our Client requirements and provide alternate SSOW if needed, Thursdays (6am-8am, 10pm-12 midnight) and Saturdays (8am-12 noon) are now included as SSOW.
These hours have been chosen so that In the unlikely event that maintenance causes a problem, corrective action can be taken to restore services with minimal client impact.

If at any stage these arrangements impact your business operations adversely, please contact and advise the HealthIT Help Desk on Ph 4888.
HeathIT will work to ensure that all SSOW's will have low impact on Client operations.
