Chemicals that affect the reproductive capabilities include mutagens (hereditary chromosomal damage) and teratogens (non-hereditary effects on the foetus). These include:

Nitrobenzene

Carbon disulfide
Nitrous oxide

Carbon Monoxide
Phenol

Carbon Tetrachloride*
Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs)

Chloroform
Toluene*

Chloroprene*
Vinyl Chloride

N,N-dimethylacetamide
