You will receive a mixture of on-campus and online learning environments, allowing you to put your knowledge to practice in a safe and supportive hands on learning environment.
Nursing with us, in Sydney
We are excited to offer this degree from our Sydney campus, based at Rozelle, where you will take advantage of our newly refurbished and updated simulation laboratories. With the new structure of the Bachelor of Nursing degree, you will only be required on campus for the intensive learning sessions. This means you will only spend time on campus in blocks, which means less time spent commuting to and from campus every day and more time dedicated to learning.
Professional Experience
We offer a vibrant learning culture; our program uses a blended model of online learning supported by on-campus intensive periods, and a wide variety of Professional Experience Placement (PEP) in a range of healthcare facilities.
On-campus intensives provide you with an opportunity to safely practice skills and demonstrate your knowledge prior to undertaking PEP.
PEP allows you to apply your learning in healthcare settings throughout your degree. This blended model of learning will develop the knowledge and skills you need to offer the highest quality health care.

Paramedic Practice
Paramedics provide care to patients in the community and out of hospital settings. This field demands both highly developed clinical skills and the ability to think critically, even in stressful situations.
We offer a two-year fast-track degree from our Rozelle campus, preparing students with opportunities to learn in simulated environments and in the real world. Students practice in the University's ambulance simulation vehicles and at various ambulance stations and other specialist health facilities, like hospitals and aged care.
Paramedics are required to treat patients across the spectrum of illness, from motor vehicle accidents and other severe trauma, to complex medical and mental health cases. They work closely with their colleagues, often in situations that are both physically and emotionally challenging.
