What: Cross Punch
Where: Unigym Launceston Aerobics Room
When: Tuesday's starting 6 September
Time: 12:30 - 1:00pm
Cross Punch is a fun way to get fit and burn calories whilst boxing. This 30 minutes class will give you a good upper body and core workout whilst lifting your heart rate; a perfect way to spend your lunch break. 'Inner's' must be purchased at the Unigym reception desk or brought on arrival. This $3 purchase fee will be covered once by HealthyU.
