Technical Assistance
The UTAS Service Desk provides and coordinates technical support for students and staff. For help regarding IT, Library and online learning matters:
- Online: Visit the service desk for Staff or Students.
- In person: Morris Miller Library on the Sandy Bay Campus and the Launceston Campus Library. Hours of operation are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- By telephone: 6226 1818 or 1300 304 903 (Local call charge from within Tasmania, mobiles excepted).
- Online help: Request support online.
