PhD Project
My research is mostly focussed on optimizing sports physiology and performance through a range of training interventions.
More specifically I am interested in different training methods and ergogenic aids in rowing. As part of my PhD candidature I have completed a study looking at the effects of high-intensity interval training in well-trained rowers. I am currently about to start a study looking at the effects of NaHCO3 supplementation in rowing.
