Foundation Studies Program
Foundation Studies Program is an entry route for international students into many undergraduate courses at the University of Tasmania.
Some international school systems are based on one year less study than Australia's while having an additional year of undergraduate studies. Our Foundation Studies Program provides a bridging curriculum that gives you the academic grounding to undertake an Australian degree. Under the National Standards for Foundation Programs, it is a Standard, streamlined course delivered over 2 semester (13 weeks of tuition each plus orientation, study breaks and exams).
Successfully completing our Foundation Studies Program (FSP) allows you to enter the first year of most undergraduate degrees providing you have taken the correct FSP stream and units and meet the entry requirements of your chosen degree.
