Enterprise and Empowerment:
This research aims to document, evaluate and understand local enterprise initiatives in and beyond market settings that empower individuals, communities and regions. We work closely with practitioners to design, accompany, and evaluate innovative projects, and to explore their broader implications for policy and practice.
