My research sits within the field of sustainable regional development and focuses on grassroots development efforts and group behaviour. This research has involved a substantial field component working with the rural sector in Circular Head, NW Tasmania. My other interests include sustainable resources management and the conservation of natural and social heritage values with a particular emphasis on the management and sustainable development of the Tarkine wilderness.
