Public Presentation - Cradle Coast Campus
THIS Sunday 26th August, 12-1pm
Admission is free
With a background as a chef, author and food critic, Matthew moved from inner city Sydney to
rural Tasmania where he breeds pigs and grows brussels sprouts
Matthew will deliver a presentation sharing his thoughts on the North West Coast food
bowl concept, and how the region represents all the great attributes Tasmania has to
offer, some at levels so bountiful it’s hard to compare.
Just how will all this potential be realised? The next generation will decide.
This is just one of the many activities happening at UTAS Cradle Coast Campus on Open Day.
