ITS is providing UTAS Research Higher Degree (RHD) students with a collaborative file storage solution hosted on the Microsoft SharePoint Suite. Students will be given a work site that will allow them to store and share their research and UTAS data from within or external to UTAS.

Standard service includes

• 5 Gigabyte of fully managed storage
• Approved web access
• Support through the Service Desk

This service does not include:

• Support for Non-University hardware
• In-depth assistance with personalising the site.

• Postgraduate RHD Students.

• Ability to share documents with external people through a web interface.

How to request this service

• This service is available to all RHD students within UTAS (information on how to access this service will be supplied by the Graduate Research Office).

Customer responsibilities

• Please report any service failure or interruption, to the Service Desk
• Students must familiarise themselves with the University ICT Services and Facilities Use Agreement (PDF 51.5KB) in regard to the appropriate use of this service
• No copywrited material can be stored or shared through this service, unless the owner has given written permission.
