Information Technology Services (ITS) central videoconference facilties are to be used for UTAS business only and are not for hire. Bookings requests will only be considered when submitted by UTAS staff. Students wanting to use the facilities for interviews, PhD research etc. must have written (email, fax, etc.) authorisation by their school/faculty.
