Equipment

The following features are standard in all ITS videoconference rooms:

  • Main monitor (for viewing the "far end" site)
  • Second monitor* (for viewing previews/graphics while still viewing far end)
  • Pan/tilt/zoom camera
  • Auto-directional/auto-gain microphone
  • Document camera
  • Telephone (hands free capable)
  • DVD/VCR (for sending pre-recorded video to the far end, or recording video from the near end and audio from both ends)
  • PC with network connection
  • Laptop VGA input port (connects your laptop to the system for local screen or conference display)
    Wireless Uconnect and Eduroam available
