L172 is a mid-sized videoconference room suitable meetings or for groups of up to 12 students. The room is located in the 24 hour student access wing of the new Arts Building on the ground floor.

The videoconference room in the Sir Raymond Ferrall Centre (X117) is ideal for administration meetings, or can be used for groups of up to 12 students. This room is at the end of the corridor past the Centre's main reception office.

A023 is the conference site located on level 0 of A-Block on the Newnham campus. This room is suitable for lectures or tutorials for up to 35 students. The A023 room can be found by entering the cafeteria area from the main entrance near the lawn, then turning left down the corridor past "Degrees" restaurant and the stairwell. A023 is the next door on the right.

LT2 is located within A-block on level 1 in the Art Gallery next to Lecture Theatre 1. This room is suitable for lectures of a large group of students.
