Voice Communications is responsible for the maintenance and development of the University’s telephony network, a statewide, private telephone network which provides high quality, low cost telephone and voice mail services to end-users across the state.
Please complete the Online Request for Telephone Work for new services, cancellations and changes to existing services.
Mobile Telephones purchased by the University for business purposes are covered by the University Corporate Mobile Telephone Plan. A new agreement has recently been entered into. For more details please go to the Mobile Telephone Plan Details page.
Please note that the authorisation sent to our mobile handset provider (which contains the handset model, plans, and costs) will contain a Fringe Benefits Tax Declaration that will need to be filled out and signed by the mobile user at the time of collecting their new handset. The declaration reads:
