Client Services

Client Services is responsible for a number of key services delivered by Information Technology Services (ITS). Esstentially this area is the 'face' of ITS. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the implementation of Service Level Management (SLM)
  • Managing the ongoing development and review of the SLM framework
  • Managing the operations of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of ICT support through the Service Desk and Desktop Support. This includes support to the University Card System (UCS).
