ITS provides the mechanism for the recording and delivery of lectures to students online through the MyMedia Service.
This service does not include:
MyMedia Service may be used to record public lectures, school seminars, PhD presentations and other events at UTAS.
Customers request a unit (or special event) within MyMedia Service using the booking form available on the website for each semester that access is required.
Only UTAS Staff members have access to this booking form and are required to authentciate to access.
|Support hours||Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5pm AEST and AEDST, excluding prescribed public holidays.|

|After hours||Currently no provision for after-hours support.|
|On Call support||Currently no provision for on-call support.|
|Reliability||MyMedia Services: No more than 5% of recordings failing (technical failure - not user) for each semester booking. Service Level is based on a semester booking for one unit in a prescribed venue.
MyMedia Service External Media Ingest tool: Available 95%.
|Hours of operation||Recordings occur 24hrs when booked.|
