The Procurement Services team is the team within Information Technology Services (ITS) that coordinates purchases of hardware and desktop software applications and manages the University's Standard Computer Lease scheme.

University organisational units can take advantage of IT Services buying leverage to acquire the equipment they need at very competitive prices.
- Standard Lease Scheme
University organisational units can select from a range of desktop and laptop computers and printers on a three-year lease plan. A number of support options are also available.

Academic pricing is available to staff and students on a range of hardware and software.

IT Procurement Services can assist with the purchase of a range of software titles for use on University-owned computers.
