IT Services has a small number of laptops available for short term hire by UTAS Departments at the rates below. To arrange the hire of a laptop, please contact the Service Desk extension 1818 with dates you require the laptop and account number.

Payments are made via centrally charged journal against account number provided. Equipment can be collected from the Procurement Office, IT Services, Corporate Services Bldg, Sandy Bay. If you are hiring from another campus please allow an additional day for the laptop to arrive.
Please note that insurance must be organised by the hirer through Financial Services prior to taking hired laptops overseas.
