ITS through the Project Management Office offers a business analysis and design service. This service provides a unique opportunity for either existing or new services to be mapped out and documented thouroughly. As a part of this service ITS can help you to clearly articulate your requirements to assist with designing a project mandate and/or business case.

Standard service includes

  • Experienced and trained Business Analysts
  • Report outlining key findings
  • Business Process Management (BPM).

This service does not include:

  • Project Management beyond Business Analysis and Design.

Service provided to

  • Staff

Service options

  • Fee for service options (includes hourly or daily fees)
  • In-team business analyst support (a new team member is hired specifically to work exclusively with your project).

Optional features

  • Assistance with creating a business case or project mandate.

How to request this service

  • This service is requested through the Service Desk or the Project Office.

Customer responsibilities

  • To take ownership of the action and make time to assist the Business Analyst
  • Clearly define your expected outcomes
  • Communicate with the various stakeholders within your area.

Support commitments

Support hours Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5pm AEST and AEDST, excluding prescribed public holidays.

After hours Currently no provision for after-hours support.
On Call support Currently no provision for on-call support.
