Using this approach will lead to measurable benefits and controlled delivery of projects. The tools and processes have been specifically developed for the UTAS environment.
PMM@UTas Methodology is a project management methodology developed to suit the needs of the University. PMM@UTas is based on PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) methodology, an internationally recognised and respected generic methodology.
