Ms Jenny Dobson
Contact Jenny for advice on the mandatory UTAS HPE RM Data Entry Standards (PDF) to achieve a high level of efficiency, productivity and accountability in HPE RM, including advice on how to use the Standard to title UTAS records and folders, and on the form of entry for metadata for certain records to enhance retrieval. Jenny can also provide advice on how to create contact pre-nominal and post-nominal titles, contact locations and organisation locations in HPE RM and on the form of entry required for all metadata fields to comply with RMU guidelines and standards.
Disposal and Training Officer

Contact George for advice and assistance with determining whether and when you can dispose of records, where you can store inactive records, how to use the Disposal Schedules and how to fill out Registers of Records Destroyed (MS Excel) and other forms. You can also contact him for information on upcoming workshops.
Records Management Officers
Our Records Management Officers provide a support service to business areas that have access and utilise HPE RM for the capture and management of corporate information. Records Management Officers provide assistance and advice in the creation of new folders, folder plan structures, security and classification scheme queries, retention and disposal requirements. Where applicable, they will also capture contracts or other documents on behalf of business areas that do not have access to HPE RM.
Our Records Management Officers monitor the generic email account RMU.Staff@utas.edu.au to ensure all enquires are processed in a timely manner.
Ms Michelle Kapp
Michelle provides direct support to Commercial Services and Development HPE RM Liaison Officers as well as other business areas that utilise HPE RM. This includes assistance in the capture of corporate information, including contracts, on behalf of business areas that do not have access to the system.
Michelle works Monday to Thursday afternoons.
