The State Archivist has released a new Guideline on Managing the recordkeeping risks associated with Cloud Computing which the University is required to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the guidelines are complied with.
The guideline includes: Identifying the Risks, Selecting a Provider, Contractual Arrangement, Monitoring the Providers and a Checklist.
