Consultant Rick Nelson has been brought in to undertake an environmental scan of our current EDRMS.
The scan will determine the following outcomes:
- A UTAS strategic EDRMS business requirements framework.
- An action plan for EDRMS replacement or enhancement.
- A resource assessment for implementation including time frames, financial and human resource requirements.
This report will provide a strategic direction in which to go forward with and is due end of May 2010.
