Late 2009 the Web Services Steering Committee instigated a project to develop a fully-costed Strategic Action Plan for  a University Information and Knowledge Management Strategy.

The Information and Knowledge Management Strategy will incorporate a comprehensive information governance framework and associated policies and procedures. A reference group was established to oversee the project and a consultant appointed.  A schedule of stakeholder meetings where conducted in February involving a wide range of University staff.

A report will be available in March and will be presented to the Reference Group and the Web Services Steering Committee.
