The Records Management Unit is pleased to announce the release of our new eLearning tutorials for TRIM users (UTAS staff only). The "Managing Records with TRIM" course is now available on MyLO and includes seven tutorials demonstrating how to perform various tasks in TRIM.

The "Managing Records with TRIM" course is currently made up of seven eLearning tutorials:

1. My document and records responsibilities
2. Navigating my way around HP TRIM
3. Using HP TRIM to find information
4. Using HP TRIM to capture my information
5. Using HP TRIM to manage my information
6. Getting HP TRIM to work for me
7. Using HP TRIM for advanced functionality

HP TRIM is an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) currently only available in certain UTAS business areas. For more information about TRIM, please see the TRIM Support page, where you can also find additional resources for TRIM users (including forms and cheat sheets).
