During the week commencing Monday 24th July we will be implementing a number of changes to enable the opening of 2018 Admissions on Tuesday 1st August.

As part of this work, the current “apply2017” site will be taken down at 9am on Tuesday 25th July and will not be fully restored until approximately 1pm that afternoon.

Monday 24th July

  • eApplication 2016 unavailable from 2pm (2017 will remain available)
  • Admissions reports relating to 2016 updated to reference 2018.

Tuesday 25th July

  • eApplication (2017) unavailable from 9am
  • apply2017 available with limited functionality (unable to modify preferences or accept offers) from 10:30am
  • apply2017 restored to full functionality from 1pm
  • apply2018 available to key internal stakeholders from 3pm (for configuration purposes)

Tuesday 1st August

  • apply2018 available to all staff and applicants (time to be confirmed).
What is being done?

We are re-configuring eApplication and its integration for 2018 admissions and applying software updates to improve the usability and supportability of the admissions systems.
