Who does this effect?

  • University Staff using the Archibus Desktop Client
  • University Staff using the ‘linked folders’ functionality in SISFM that allows file downloading

What services are affected?

  • Archibus – only users of the desktop client, not SISFM Maps, the Project Register or the Work Request system
  • SISFM website file download functionality

What is the impact?

  • The Archibus client will not be able to access license file and project files.
  • Archibus client users will be contacted by an ITS Client Services officer who will provide assistance with the necessary reconfiguration of the Archibus client following this change.
  • File download functionality in the SISFM website https://sisfm.admin.utas.edu.au/

What services are not affected?

  • All other SISFM website functionality, including SISFM Maps, the Project Register & the Work Request system
  • All other services

What is being done?

  • The AMIS FileShare is being migrated to a new, dedicated server
