When using  "Set Password" on the UTAS MyPassword page, some people are not receiving the sms code to reset their password.

The issue appears to be affecting mobile phones with Telstra and possibly Vodafone.

If you are unsuccessful in resetting your password, and cannot delay the password change to a later time or use "Change Password" then please call the IT Service Desk.
