Planned Outage

On Tuesday 28th March between 7pm and 9pm there will be an outage to Student Management to enable an upgrade to the system’s softwa​re.

As a component of Student Management, eStudent will also be taken offline. eStudent users will be shown a maintenance page explaining that the system is temporarily unavailable.

The Production Support instance of Student Management will be upgraded first, between 5pm and 7pm, and will be unavailable during this time.

Who does this affect?

Users of Student Management and eStudent. inSite users may experience issues retrieving Faculty Records for some students.

What is being done?

Student Management is being upgraded to implement new fixes, features and general improvements. In total, there are more than 450 items in this release.
