Please be advised that a spam email is currently circulating the University's email system and soliciting account information from University members. The message claims that email accounts will be deactivated unless validated by sending account details in reply to the email.

IT Services advises all University members that this email is false and should be ignored. The University does not solicit account information via email, nor do we require any person to submit their password/security details as part of normal account maintenance processes.
Any member who has responded to this email already is advised to call the IT Service Desk on extension 1818 and immediately change their password.
