A key objective of the Web Services Strategic Action Plan is to provide an effective and widely supported governance framework that will:
- Clarify web services responsibilities and roles around the University
- Create a Web Support Forum to improve collaboration and coordination of our distributed system of web support
- Review existing policies , guidelines, standards and compliance issues
- Develop more effective and interactive communication about web services
- Investigate and provide solutions to meet web services training needs
- Monitor, trial and adopt emerging web technology.
