Downloading a recording

The ability to download and save a recording from the Lectopia system is a feature that is optional and not offered for all units. If downloading is available for your unit, each lecture recording will have a corresponding Download pull down menu.

• From the lecture recordings list, next to the download icon click the pull down menu and choose the appropriate option: For example: Download for Audio Only - MP3 player, which will play on your computer or an MP3 player. Screen capture or video may not be avaiable for your unit.

•  The copyright window is displayed. Click the continue button to accept the copyright conditions. The following window is displayed:

• Right click on the Download recording format link and choose Save target as...
• Save the file on your computer / portable media device
• Play the recording on your portable media device or your computer using the appropriate software.
