Having Problems using Lectopia ?

Lectopia has its own in-built problem reporting tool. If you are experiencing a problem with a particular recording click on the Report a problem with this recording link that is at the bottom of each recording. Please contact the UTAS Service desk if this link is not present on your recordings. Click here for details.

 

Report a problem with the recording

 

You are presented with the problem reporting screen which automatically detects what software you are using on the computer and your username. Fill in the details as accurately as possible and submit the problem report. These problem reports are monitored by Lectopia support staff regularly and you will normally be contacted via email by the end of the next business day.

Please include your email address &/or phone number if you wish staff to contact you directly.
