Lectopia - Lecture / Event recording and Online distribution

The UTAS Lectopia service is managed by Information Technology Resources. The service is available to all UTAS staff.

Lectopia Student and Staff Survey Data

A survey of staff and students using the Lectopia was recently conducted in Semester 1, 2009.

Lectopia Bookings - Semester 2 deadline is Tuesday the 30th June


The online booking form for Lectopia is now available.

Support Notes :

  • Please use your pop (email) username and password to access the system.
  • Make sure your browser is set to the auto-detect proxy setting for the network - if unsure contact your IT support
  • Firefox users should accept and add a security exception (if asked) to access the system.
  • To use the online booking form from outside UTAS network, users will require VPN access. Contact your IT support personnel or click here to find out more about VPN access.

Booking deadline for Semester 2, 2009 is the 30th of June.
Bookings received will be processed as soon as possible

The paper based booking form is still available should you have difficulties using the on-line book system.
