Lectopia - Staff Support

Support for staff is available via the Lectopia Support team and the IT Resources Service Desk.

Staff Support Materials:

Student Support Material (for distribution in Lecture):

 

In Semester time:

  • Student Support Material has been developed for Lectopia and should be distributed by the lecturer in the first week of semester along with the unit outline for the unit.
  • The Lectopia Support Team will be available to present a 10 minute demonstration for students in your lecture in weeks 2-4 of the semester. If you would like to request a demonstration in your lecture - please contact Lectopia Support at least 1 week in advance to arrange this.
  • Support is available in Lecture Theatres in case of a problem with recording.

  • Check venue status regularly to obtain up-to-date information about your venue!

Training:

Introductory training is conducted before the start of each semester in Lectopia enabled Lecture Theatres on both the SandyBay and Newnham Campuses.

Topics covered include:

  • Demonstration of Lectopia in action
  • Information specific to the Lecture Theatre - including use of microphones
  • Lectopia Staff Tool
  • How to make your recordings available to students

Optional one-on-one training is available upon request.
