Service Management

IT Resources is committed to applying best practice principles and workflows and is currently implementing an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to support ICT service delivery at UTAS.

ITIL models are:

  • Widely accepted as the standard for service delivery.
  • Ideally suited for adoption by higher education insitutions.

IT Resources is committed to aligning our processes and service delivery to ITIL and will use these models to measure our performance in adopting ICT best practice.
