Alternatives to Non University member accounts (NUMA's)
NUMA accounts are for a specific purpose only, ie contractors requiring some access for a short period to vendor software. If you have people who need accounts on an ongoing long-term basis OR where people are working directly for the uni on a short-term basis (eg temps) then please talk to your HR representative: http://www.human-resources.utas.edu.au/about-hr/employment-advisers
N.B. Anyone working for the University should receive their accounts via HR and not via a non-Uni member account. IT accounts are generated automatically after HR enter the persons details.
