ServiceDesk (Avocent LANDesk - formerly 'Touchpaper')

ServiceDesk is an incident/service request/problem and change tracking system for managing the ITR related day to day support requirements of all UTAS students and staff as well as ITR internal issues.

The main users are ITR staff. Please note that although the system has been offered to other administrative divisions, ITR is happy to champion the systems deployment in sections outside ITR where appropriate. A self-service portal is available to Staff and Students.
