Jane Franklin Hall is a residential college of the University of Tasmania conveniently situated in Davey Street near the heart of Hobart.

The College is set in attractive and spacious landscaped grounds and offers accommodation for 200 people in single study bedrooms, double rooms or self-contained flats. Most rooms enjoy spectacular views of the River Derwent, Mt Wellington or the city. The Dining Hall offers self-serve buffet meals.
